Booking policy
Classes and private sessions may be reserved online or
directly through the studio. Booking ahead is required,
especially for recurring time slots and small-group classes
with limited availability.
A credit card is required to book all sessions. You will not
be charged until the actual session time. Please bring the
card to your first session for verification. We accept Venmo,
Zelle, Cash App, personal checks, cash, and Apple Pay. A
credit card is still required to book even if you plan to pay
with another method.
Clients new to reformer Pilates are asked to begin with a
private session before joining class so equipment setup,
pacing, and core movement principles can be introduced with
more support.
Cancellation policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur that
interfere with your appointment time. However, due to high
demand for our services and out of respect for our instructors
and other clients, we require 24 hours' notice for any
appointment changes or cancellations.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not be
charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled
session time will not receive a refund.
Late arrivals
If you are running late, please let the studio know as soon as
possible. Entry into a class may depend on whether it can be
done safely and without disrupting the flow of instruction.
For private sessions, the appointment may still need to end at
the scheduled time so the following client is not affected.
Packages and expiration
Packages expire 3 months after the date of purchase. We offer
online and livestream sessions to help ensure you are able to
use your sessions.
Contact the studio if you have questions about package timing
or session options.
Waitlist and schedule changes
If a time or class space is unavailable, you can add your name
to the waitlist through our online scheduling system. You can
also contact the studio by email, text, or phone.
Clients on the waitlist may be added as spaces open.
Studio etiquette
Please arrive at your scheduled time and wear comfortable
clothing appropriate for your workout.
Socks are required for Pilates sessions, preferably with
grips. Pilates socks are available for purchase at the studio.
For personal training, athletic or gym shoes are required. No
open-toed shoes unless medically necessary. Contact the studio
if you have questions.
Do not use equipment without a trainer present. Liability
forms must be completed prior to sessions.
