Weekly Schedule

Current class lineup

Eight classes, seven days a week
Monday 12:00 - 12:50 pm Julia Yesler

Tone & Transform

Athletic

Full-body Reformer work with light weights and bands, sequenced to build lean strength and endurance. Steady pace, real load, and enough variation that nothing gets stale.

Tuesday 8:00 - 8:50 am Paulina Peralta

Jumpboard

Athletic

Cardio on the Reformer without the impact. Jump intervals build power, coordination, and stamina while the carriage takes the load off hips, knees, and back. Adaptable around joint replacements and sensitivities.

Friday 12:00 - 12:50 pm Julia Yesler

Power & Precision

Athletic

The most demanding class on the schedule. Heavier spring work, longer holds, and precise execution under load. Come with some Reformer time behind you.

Balance & Mobility

Athletic

Single-leg work, stability challenges, and controlled range of motion. Directly useful for anyone who wants to feel steadier on their feet, on the court, or on uneven ground.

Sunday 9:00 - 9:50 am Lisa Cavanaugh

Reformer Foundations

Foundational

The classical Reformer repertoire taught properly, from the ground up. Spring settings, breath, and alignment explained as you go. The best first class to take if you are new to the Reformer.

Mat & Tower

Foundational

Classical mat work paired with tower springs. Builds the core control and spinal articulation that everything else on the Reformer depends on.

Two Class Styles

Which one should you book?

Athletic Julia & Paulina

Loaded, faster-paced Reformer work built around strength, power, and endurance. Jump intervals, heavier springs, and sequences that keep you working. Book these if you already train, play sport, or want a class that genuinely pushes you.

Foundational Lisa

Classical Pilates at a slower tempo, with time spent on setup, breath, and alignment. Book these for a first Reformer class, a return after time off, or to sharpen the mechanics the athletic classes lean on.

Both styles are open to all ages, and plenty of clients book across both in the same week.

Before Your First Class

Reformer basics, made clear.

If you are new to Pilates Reformer, the studio asks that you complete at least one private Pilates session before joining class. That keeps the group setting safer, smoother, and easier to enjoy from the start.

  • All listed classes are open for all ages.
  • Class levels range from beginner through advanced.
  • Each class stays low-impact while still building strength and control.
